Meadow Valley Campground
Bureau of Land Management - Ely Field Office

Click to Locate Meadow Valley on an Area MapThis BLM camp is mostly used as an overflow for Spring Valley State Park.  Meadow Valley is located 1 mile south of Eagle Valley Reservoir along the highway.

The campsites are primitive in comparison to the state park, but luxurious by BLM standards.  There are just 6 sites in a steep forested canyon.  Most sites are pretty private and pretty clean featuring a picnic table and fire pit with barbecue grill.  There is one unisex vault toilet in the center.

No recreation available here except for relaxing in the great shade of the canyon walls.  Head up stream 1 mile to Spring Valley or 12 miles south to Echo Canyon (see listings).  The Eagle Valley Resort is located a few miles south for supplies.  RV Dump Station at Horsethief Gulch.  Reviewed 03/2000.
